Boxes up to 60 × 40 × 40 cm and 20 kg, suitcases, bags and other household items such as bikes, small furniture and kitchen items. Very large or heavy things are quoted individually, so ask us first.

Please do not send food, drink, liquids, anything flammable or hazardous, or anything illegal. If you are unsure, ask before you pack.

No. You pack your own box, which makes it easier to find things when you return. We supply the standard box on summer bookings.

On weekdays only, never at weekends or on bank holidays. We send your collection and delivery slot the day before.

Full summer storage covers you until 30 September. Most students are back in September or October. If you need more time, book short term storage instead.

Yes. Short stays of up to one, two or four weeks are priced from £20 a box. Boxes are not included on short stays, so add one for £5 if you need it.

A missed slot or a change of address on the day is £15. If you know in advance that you cannot make it, tell us and we will rearrange the slot.

You pay online when you book, and that confirms your booking. We send your collection and delivery time slots the day before.

Yes. Every box is insured for up to £100 while it is in our care, from collection until it is delivered back to you. If you are storing something worth more than that, tell us when you book.

Yes, to any address in the UK and to most countries abroad. Send a request on the Postage page and choose UK or international, and we reply with a price and a posting date. You pay nothing until you agree to the price.
